WWE Superstars features jobbers and low midcard
WWE Main Event features high midcard with the occasional main eventer.
I'm surprised The People aren't all over WWE Main Event since it gives professional wrestlers more time to work.
The difference is that some wrestlers dont go to wwe superstars there in wwe main event or raw or smack down
nothing really. they want as much original content on WWE Network as possible so they just have 2 extra shows on there to increase viewership and get more subscribers.
their names are derived from older shows: WWF Superstars of Wrestling, which originally aired in syndication in the late 80's and Saturday Night's Main Event, which also began in the 80s.
The lower card guys and jobbers compete on superstars. Main event has guys from lower Midcard to main event talent.
main event is the c show, superstars is the d show
they are both dark match shows. if they got cancelled in 2015. nobody would care.
