No all the fights and matches aren't fake . They are scripted . Too different things . Obviously you can't fake being body slammed . It's scripted .. which mean most of the times they make the wrestlers have a match and tell them who has to win . Not alot of the times but only some . Like wrestle mania and the royal rumble
So, overall, most of WWE is fake, scripted, planned, and well acted. In spite of this, they often get hurt, seriously. The table ladder and chair matches, or the Singapore Cane matches are pretty taxing, even with all the scripting. They do all these to entertain us, we owe them some respect for that.
It's like a stage to perform the arts of wrestling for show
