They are both amazing athletes and have accomplished a lot in their career so far. I have no doubt that they will be in the Hall of Fame one day. Personally I prefer Orton because I love his gimmicks and he works really well as a heel. I still like Cena because of his gimmicks as well. They have both been in great rivalries and storylines.
Like the crowd @ TLC: Tables, Ladders and Chairs 2013 chanted, they both suck. However Cena sucks more.
