The Shield broke up last year. WWE is targeting the entire family: Children, Men, Women. You've yet to accept the new group of Wrestlers. The Wrestlers that you like have gone on to get married, have kids and move on with their lives. Only Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair want to wrestle 250+ Shows in 250+ Cities a Year for 40 Years.
Yes. In My View, 1996 to 2006 were that very good at the time for the WWE. I think the WWE PG Era format is much equal to the mix of AWA in the 80s & WCW in the 90s with a touch of Hollywood. Creative/Booking are the ones who trying to overkill the legacy of the WWE.

Because they had to take the violence out of the sport and make it PG for children. There are still hardcore matches but they are pay per view one-off matches. WWE doesn't have the personalities that it used to have - Stone Cold, Mick Foley, Rock, etc.
The WWE will vastly improve when Triple H takes control of the company and Vince finally steps down. Vince is obviously out of touch.
it's the PG era. They can't do as much as they once were able to. That and HHH writes most of the scripts these days which puts him and who he likes in the spot light and half the roster never see the ring except for RR.
