well since ziggler has held the title somewhat recently, i would say give it to ambrose, he deserves it, the wwe has been making him look bad in the past by hyping him up for rivalry matches just for him to lose(rollins,bray wyatt,) these are main examples, giving him this title would give him some steam to comeback and start establishing more of a name for himself.
