Well I like Garcon better as a WR than Hilton, but I prefer Luck rather than RGIII... still, I would go Garcon, he's the main target in Washington, Reggie Wayne is back so Hilton is WR2 again. Plus, Texans was the worst DEF last year. Go Garcon imho. Good luck!
