I would say Edge in comparison to his character/gimmick (taking every opportunity, shortcuts, cheating, having his own henchmen and influencing higher powers to show him favouritism), Jeff Hardy in comparison to his high flying arsenal and willingness to take bumps, CM Punk when it comes to technical skills and Triple H when it comes to ruthless aggression in his matches.
All in all, as you stated, Seth Rollins is like Seth Rollins. Maybe the mentioned wrestlers have influenced him or the way he's been booked, but overall Rollins is a combination of all of the things that make those 4 wrestlers great along with having other characteristics, and it's why he's also one of the best wrestlers in the world today (yes I say that in comparison to Hiroshi Tanahashi, Kazuchika Okada, Shinsuke Nakamura, Kota Ibushi, Finn Balor, Hideo Itami, Daniel Bryan, Triple H, Chris Jericho, Adrian Neville and Sami Zayn)
If you must compare Rollins to someone, Edge is the best fit.

-Both have long hair and the same evil smirk.
-Both are great heels.
-Money in the Bank cash in.
-Chickens, and at the same time opportunistic.
-Both destroy everything around them to get what they want.
(This isn't about you, this is for others-) Anyone calling him an Edge rip off and degrading him for the same, needs to stop watching professional wrestling though. He's his own man, and a heel in his own way. Edge was much more of a showman/brawler inside the ring with Rollins clearly being more of a technician.

I see parts of Edge too. I think people might also include Jeff Hardy because of his athleticism. And think people might include CM Punk (when he was heel) because of his calm heel tone on the mic.
TO ME HE IS LIKE SETH ROLLINS. I DON'T COMPARE THEM AND TRY TO MAKE THEM FIT IN THE MOLD OF OTHER SUPERSTARS, THAT DOES THEM A REAL DISERVICE.
