I don't think you can go wrong either way but I'd go Ball and Bell this week. Martin has the toughest matchup against Carolina's beastly front 7.

I'd go with Ball and Martin. It is a toss up with Martin and Bell but since Tampa will be passing the rock to Martin more often than Bell in Pitt, so I would go with Martin in a PPR format. Non PPR, it would be Bell.
