This is a long shot because they have a lot of question marks, but I will say the Blue Jays. IF they can stay healthy and IF their starting pitching can at very minimum be serviceable, then I like their team. They will unquestionably in my mind be the best situational hitting team in that division if healthy. The question is can Dickey and Morrow pitch to an under 4 era. If they can and their lineup can stay healthy, then I don't see why they can't make a run at a wild card spot.

If I knew then I wouldn't be surprised by them now would I? That is what makes baseball so fun you don't know. The Red Sox were the surprise team last year. I am hoping they will win it all again. We just have to see how it plays out.

I agree the Blue jays may surprise in the AL. In the NL, I think the Brewers have the best chance to surprise. Their rotation is pretty good with Gallardo, Lohse, Garza, Peralta, and Estrada. The big question is how much offense they can generation.
