Which submission hold is useful when I'm down?

A people is punching me.(I'm lying on the floor) What submission hold can i do? I want a easy but painful submission.

What submissions do you know? If you aren't good at them, I wouldn't attempt any of them. Just push away and get back to your feet.

It's comparatively easy to get a triangle choke when facing punches. It's hardly a painful hold, and not really easy, but it'll put the guy to sleep.

You could go the Sakuraba route and look for a double wrist lock/Kimura lock. That one's an arm-breaker.

The guillotine choke is probably the easiest to learn. It can also be pretty painful if you catch the guy in the throat instead of the sides of the neck.

At the end of the day, though, you need lots of practice with these moves. You need to put in months, even years of work on how to set them up and finish them in a pure grappling context. Only after you've gained some degree of skill with them should you attempt to add punches into the mix.

Stick your tongue in the other guys ear, nose, eye, anything that won't hit you back. If that doesn't work, cry like a ***** until the official comes and saves your ***.

just apply leg lock around opponent abdomen and try to squeeze.its painful. specially for larger opponents.

armpit to the nostrils

if your armpits are anywhere near the stench of my armpits

your opponent will beg for mercy and if hes smart will tap

Go to class. I can't explain it over the internet and you can't learn it over the internet.

Wrap your legs around him and suck his nipple :)
