Thomas - the game is likely to be much higher scoring. Thomas is also the pass catching back on a good passing team
If you are in a PPR I say Pierre Thomas by a long shot. He was the most targeted RB last year and Sproles was also targeted a lot. Now that Sproles isn't on the team Thomas will get targeted even more. If it's not ppr it's much tougher but I still give the edge to Thomas since he's a starter and woodhead is a backup.
