With a 74 mph fastball you won't be able to play college ball. As a matter of fact, I'm surprised you don't get knocked around by even halfway decent high school hitters.
And to make another point - there is not a single person who can judge your ability without actually seeing you pitch.
So stop asking already.
Community college. At 74, you would get murdered by even D3 college hitters. Unless you're some sort of Jamie Moyer crafty lefty, you're not going to be pitching in anything above community college.
Division 2 or 3with a 75 fastball Nolan Ryan can throw faster knuckleball than you
D-3, D-2. Your velocity stinks. Work on your arm strength/long-toss and read some Greg Maddux books. You could pitch at that level if you are smart and "pitch".
