Jinichi Kawakami has taken a few students. But I believe he doesn't take foreigners.

You can't learn pure Ninjutsu without going to Japan. Master Hatsumi does accept foreigners as students, I know a guy who trained under him for a couple years. Affiliated schools are often a mix of other styles, NOT pure Ninjutsu which doesn't matter to some but there is a definite difference.
As Akban is saying......Good luck. There are all sorts of "ninjitsu" instructors around who will be glad to take your money. I would imagine that 95% of them are phony. The only certified system remaining is the Bujinkan headed by Hatsumi. If you want to go to Noda city in Japan...Have a go.
Be aware that the Bujinkan recently announced that most all the traditional aspects and disciplines of ninjitsu are considered "historical curiosities" and no longer taught.
They now only teach the fighting method....Taijutsu.

I want to learn ninjutsu from a true master who takes a decision to train a person, unlike others who trains someone for money. I don't care if I have to move to a foreign country, and I don't care if I have to train for years. I know that I'm young and I understand I can't do anything until I'm older but I will try to make my goals. So please will you help me find a true master so I can plan my future.
