What sport should I play?

Well, baseball every type of body can play. It is not a easy sport to play, you can't just pick up a bat and think that you can play as a pro.

To play in a sport as a "pro", you not only have to be skilled and talented for the particular sport, but you have to love it and work at it. That is why it is so hard to be a sports pro and its hard to tell if you can be one at age 14, heck even 16-17. I love baseball but i am not skilled or work at it enough to be a pro. I don't know why you want us anonymous people to tell you what you whould do from your description.

Never the less:

Baseball: hard work but you could do it

Basketball: could be a point guard but need so see your pass, dribble and shooting game for this one, other then that too short and a lot of questions if you can.

Football: to small, only the best of the best can do it at that height

Soccer: probably best bet, with speed and durability. All you need to do is kick a ball but very competitive.

Sounds like soccer and baseball are your only real options. 2nd base or catcher and any position in except perhaps the keeper. However both your options require a lifetime of skill building. If your not already a elite soccer player you might want to go with baseball where players careers don't start until their twenties. This will give you some extra years to work on skills. Don't pay any attention to any fool who pushes you toward football or basketball, you just be wasting your time at your size.

Baseball

Seems like your body type would suit soccer and baseball most. I'm not a big soccer fan so i couldn't tell you what position would suit you but for baseball, second base or shortstop are usually for the smaller and more agile players. But more importantly, do what ever your passionate about, whether it's sports or not, don't limit yourself

You sound like you would be a great middle infielder when it comes to baseball.

I want to make it professional in some sport. I am already 14. Right now I am 5'7 and weigh 110. I am expecting to be about 5'10 and weigh 160. I am really fast, I can bench about 115, I can squat 150, so I have a good amount of leg strength, my upper body strength is average, and I have great foot work. So what sport should I play out of football, basketball, baseball, and soccer. Each person please give me two sports that you think are best! Thanks everyone!
