What martial art should I pick?

I would recommend thai boxing, karate, or aikido.

See if you can participate in class for a week in each art and see what you like best.

First off "karate" isn't a style of martial art, it's a general term. There are many different styles of karate from American Free Style, to Shotokan, to the Okinawian Styles such as Goju Ryu and Uechi Ryu.

Personally I wouldn't (and didn't) consider sport styles such as American Free Style and Shotokan. Instead I chose Uechi Ryu because it's not "watered down" and as you get higher in rank really focuses on the martial aspect of the art.

With that said, the instructor and classmates is very important. I'd suggest you go to the various schools, and see if you can attend a few classes before committing to anything.

Learn ju jit su I put 3 people in the hospital since I've started. The last guy I found about 6 month ago just went get his nose rebroken and fixed he had plastic surgery due to a slam to the face followed by a few elbows

You can actually mix wing chun and jiu jitsu. Sounds like a unique combination, if not you cant go wrong with jiu jitsu. Make sure your teacher is qualified.

The one that makes you smarter?

I wanted to do krav maga, but my town doesn't do it. I want to do a martial art that is best and efficient on street defense. I want a martial art that focuses on defense-attack.

My choices from one martial arts place is thia boxing, wing chun, karate, jui jitso, aikido.

If you have any other suggestions please let me know and please say why. I'm not looking for a martial art where you do a big dance and then heel slap them. I want something that's straight to the point
