Many people that wrestle in high school or college also train in judo. They are similar is some ways. By studying judo they can keep in shape during the off season. They learn some new skills and they still get to compete. I'd assume some will choose jiu jitsu too. it may depend on what is near them, affordable, or whom they believe offer the most value.
Jiu Jitsu.
Most wrestlers find Jiu Jitsu easier to learn because it's similar in some ways.
Ju Jitsu.
Either jiu jitsu or judo
naw due you got grappling you want kickboxing/muay thai but i suggest you just join a mma gym and learn bjj and kickboxing
