If you watched the first film of The Dark Knight Trilogy then you saw that using his Father's Fortune young Bruce Wayne travelled all over the world and learned many different Combat Sports in many countries. Batman is trained in all known forms of Martial Arts and just uses whichever one will be the most effective in a specific situation.
In the Dark Knight Trilogy, they use the Keysi Fighting Method. In the comics though, Batman is an expert in 127 different styles.
In the Dark Knight/Batman Begins he learned Jujutsu and Ninjutsu. In Mask of the Phantasm, Muay Thai.
Any Martial Art the director and the fight scene choreographer decides upon. Ben Afllecks gonna be the next Batman LOL...
