Viacom sold over TNA to Discovery Communications, so the must not have like pro wrestling very much. But if they did buy into the WWE, they would most likely put it on Spike, not Nickelodeon.
For Disney, they would most likely put it on an ABC channel.
I think WWE is fine being part of NBC Universal Cable. Given how many international outlets the WWE has, they would be hard pressed to recover from such a devastation. NBC would suffer some as well.
That would take the PG Era to a new level

They would likely take a majority stake in WWE, and make it into a much bigger company through their additional exposure and marketing capabilities.
Of course, when the bubble bursts, and the ratings fall, they could easily end up cancelling WWE completely, just like any of their other TV shows.
expect the fans to stop watching in 2 years cause they will call it "kiddie"
