Triple H is grown up and now has a lot more real life responsibilities than he had when you were a kid. In real life Tripel H aka Paul Levesque is WWE Executive Vice President of Talent, Live Events and Creative. Triple H has a lot of day-to-day responsibilities in running WWE on top of what you see him do on Television every week. He is also married to Stephanie McMahon Levesque and they have 3 Children. Moreover, NXT--WWE's Developmental Wrestling Promotion is Triple H's Personal Project and he goes down to The WWE Performance Center and NXT in Central Florida several times a month. Triple H is a busy man.
I noticed this too. I remember his epic entrances, with his amazing theme song and the water spitting. He was so aggressive and amazing. I guess now he is older and he has other things to worry about more. Also, it must be hard to constantly do the same thing over and over again.
He's focusing more on the business aspects of WWE now.
I didn't like how much he's changed at first, but now I'm used to it.
He's old now. He can no longer back up his "intense" persona with ring work, because he can't afford to do regular ring work anymore.
