What exactly makes kershaw so good?

A hard fastball, up to 95 MPH. And a 12:6 curveball with a huge amount of break, and a good slider.

When you combine a 95 MPH fastball with good breaking balls, you will be a Cy Young type of pitcher. I don't know if the Dodger ever won a Cy Young, but with his stuff, he will someday.

He's the best pitcher in the regular season but in the postseason he sucks. Anyways, his breaking ball is what makes him so good. He can control all his pitches and throw them for strikes when he wants to. Best left handed pitcher I've seen pitch.

His delivery to the plate is unusual making the batters timing a bit off.

He was just born with that talent and he plays like that

21-3 with a era of 1.77 is no joke. what makes him so lethal? is he super versatile, does he throw a nasty breaking ball, or what? Does he throw unusually hard? I m just wondering. Thanks.
