What exactly is so great about TNA?

Posted at: 2015-05-07
People go on about how much of a better product it is than WWE. I tried watching it again but I'm done. The roster isn't even that great. Kurt Angle, an all time great, is now so slow and to watch his matches now it's cringe worthy. Samoa Joe left, the only two good guys on the roster or Bobby Roode and Austin Aries.

Their storylines suck, the crowds suck, hardly anyone goes, and the direction of the company seems to be going nowhere.

I liked it around 2007-2008 and a little in 2012. But now it's just terrible. Really what's so good about it that people say it's the best thing ever?

Some people believe that TNA is great because they have different opinions. TNA fans usually enjoy the fact that TNA focuses more on wrestling and less on wrestlers cutting long promos. They also take pride in the fact that TNA has less childish gimmicks and wrestlers tend to finish their matches without interruptions. TNA fans also support TNA heavily because it's fairly new compared to WWE and is a promotion that is slowly growing. Still, to get better answers, you're better off asking individual TNA fans why they love TNA so much because nobody can explain their own preferences better than them.

Personally I do like Impact Wrestling. Its has been frustrating over recent years with some bizarre storylines which has definitely effected them increasing as a serious wrestling product. I started liking it for

1) Six sides. At the time I never seen anything like that. It was different and unique.

2)X division. Guys like AJ Styles,Christopher Danials,Low Ki,Sanja Dutt. These guys brought a great style which definitely but TNA on the map

3) Tag team division. Impact Wrestling has a very solid tag team division. From LAX to Beer Money to The Wolves.

The high flying scene and tag team scene is something WWE has neglected for a good while I feel.

They have great wrestlers from EC3,Bobby Roode,Austin Aries,Low Ki etc that put on very good consistent wrestling matches every show.

I think the main reason Impact wrestling has a loyal fanbase (Personal opinion) is that Impact wrestling are the underdogs. I would love to see IW become a great wrestling promotion. I would like to say that I stayed loyal and see them through the crap times and see them through the great times.

Its in a big transition faze now and no one can say if its good or not. We can only wait and see.

Ok I'll give it a shot

1) No Cena

2) No Vince

3) No Triple H

There's 3 Big things that make TNA now all they have to do is keep Miss Dixie Carter out an you'll have four reason

People who like Tna are looking for an alternative to wwe, there isn't much else to choose from in the U.S. market.

- Yet Another 'Take Over Impact! Wrestling' Faction

- Two Ex-WWE Pro Wrestlers fighting for the title

- Bobby Roode, James Storm and Austin Aries all playing back up

- Plans to give Kurt Angle The TNA Championship 'One More Time'

- Ethan Carter III doing the exact same storyline when he debuted

- Broke Bram & Magnus up, just like James Storm & Gunner or Gunner & Samuel Shaw

- Trying to tell us Awesome Kong is still the Intimidating Monster she was in her prime [Classic TNA]

- Uses The Piledriver to be 'Edgy'

They'll have to explain this to everyone.

"TNA fans usually enjoy the fact that TNA focuses more on wrestling and less on wrestlers cutting long promos."

Yeah, the bare basics off 'Building A Feud' has been left to Impact! Wrestling Pro Wrestlers on Twitter rather then giving The People a reason to Watch you can see Matt Hardy & James Storm trade Promos via Twitter.

"They also take pride in the fact that TNA has less childish gimmicks"

Yeah, Robbie E, Jessie Godderz, DJ Z and that whole Menagerie gimmick; not 'Childish'.

"wrestlers tend to finish their matches without interruptions."

Matches by the way, which lead to NOTHING. When was the last time an Impact! Wrestling match actually led to something? Nope, it's just couple tapings of this storyline we've seen before which will lead to NOTHING!

"TNA fans also support TNA heavily because it's fairly new compared to WWE and is a promotion that is slowly growing."

Boo Hoo, Impact! Wrestling doesn't want itself to grow just look at it's 'Hall Of Fame' First Inductee Sting, Second Inductee Kurt Angle and Third Inductee Team 3D. All of these where forced into a stupid 'Make A Name For Yourself' Gimmick, Sting Vs Magnus, Kurt Angle Vs EC3 and Team 3D Vs The Wolves.

TNA is a shadow of what it used to be. It's sad. Many of my Favorite TNA Originals have returned to Ring of Honor where many of them started before they went to TNA.

Copies WWE.Dont forget WWE also copy TNA but TNA copies more.

Cause tna is condidered the new wcw
