You need to improve the TEs and your bench. It isn't really possible to make specific recommendations because we can't see the FAs or other rosters. Who you might be able to trade for depends on the strengths and weaknesses of the other teams. You need to look for someone who has strength/depth in areas where you need help but who is weak in an area where you can afford to give up players.
