Personally I don't really 'Get' Finn Balor, it's suppose to be 'Mind Games' that he paints himself into 'Demon Balor' problem is Finn does absolutely nothing different between 'Regular' Balor and 'Demon' Balor. As for Paul Heyman being the Advocate of Finn Balor, I see this going about as well as Cesaro W/ Heyman to be honest.

Finn needs to be on his own. If he's paired with Heyman he'll flop. Curtis Axel, Ryback, Cesaro. Punk and Lesnar are good because they're already established stars and could use the additional heat. Let Balor find his own way and don't let him be dependent on Heyman.
