So should i just get rid of colin kap and accept the trade that was offered to me to get Rody White?

I'd move Flacco before Kaepernick. If you do give up Kaepernick, you want to get more than White in return.

Kaep and DeSean Jackson for White and a back.

It all depends on who your recievers are? Do you really need him? In my opinion Kap is your most consistant QB there. Brady has his great games, but he also has his fair share of bad ones this late in his career.
