If you don't need a RB right now then I would hold on to Hill and wait. I think that people may be over-reacting after only one game. The coaches said that he will be getting more touches so its worth it to wait and see how this plays out.

It really depends on the rest of your team no matter how much you want to disregard it. If you need a RB right now, I'd go with West. If you can afford to wait a little while for Hill to work his way into the offense he would probably be better.
