With Witten as your starter I don't see the point of having a low upside backup like Clay. I'd drop him for Kelce.
I would, as I think Kelce has potential to be a BEAST. I don't think Clay's ceiling is as high, and if you are like me, you want to use that spot to "catch lightning in a bottle."
