Boxer wil win,not only do they punch harder but they have trained their bodies to handle multiple hard blows all over the body.They are bigger,stronger and like I said you wouldn't want a right hook to the head at pull force,some boxers punch hard enough to fracture skulls and break bones in an opponents face,hence the boxing gloves to pad out some of the force behind the punch.
