I don't think that would make much sense. They play a minor role in WWE. I guess if they did turn on maybe Seth Rollins, I would not mind that much as long as WWE does not make it a huge major storyline.

The argument of "no because they are like the stooges 2.0 like Patterson and Briscoe were" is a bad argument because even they turned face briefly.

NO... they are Stooges 2.0 (maybe 3.0 if you want to cite the New Age Outlaws helping out the Authority first as 2.0)

as such they have no onscreen role, or alliance, outside of their relationship to a Heel Authority Figure

beyond that they are Retired for a reason so any onscreen role needs to be limited for that reason alone
