Really, anyone who calls MMA "Ultimate Fighting" is living in 1995. That term WAS used for MMA, but has fallen out of general use over the past decade or more.
So yes, if someone calls something "Ultimate Fighting", they're talking about MMA almost always, but most people who actually know what MMA is, won't do that.
