If you are a beginner you are better going to a regular class. Camps are normally intensives for people with experience
Why don't you just go to a regular place and train over the summer? Why must it be a summer camp? Those are usually for children and of low quality.

does anyone knows about something like that? does that even exist? it could be any other self defense system like systema or defendu but what im looking for is a place you go to train once for a certain amount of time and you get out with the knowledge to defend yourself in a dangerous combat situation also if you could tell me about prices? and i live in NJ and will go anywhere the us or canada if necessary(prefer not to) thanks for your answers if i get any XDD
