So, no, Michale Cole was not killed or even hurt. The fall was planned. Plus he didn't even fall convincingly, you could see his hands and feet hit the mat first to break his fall.
Cole is a quadriplegic now, and Booker is suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. JBL was sent to another dimension, and that camera man was sent straight to hell.
