Hatton (Fatton) sometimes lacks discipline / Bisping is like you said, always in great shape
I don't think Bisping has the popularity that Hatton had and held during his career. They wrote songs about the guy and even non fight fans were drawn to him and took an interest in his career. To me that is a sign of popularity at the highest levels is when non fans even develop a strong liking for someone and their career and follow what is going on with them in it.
Bisping has never reached that level of popularity in my estimation and I don't think he ever will.

These 2 guys are England's finest I love them both and watched them all over the place and would travel miles for both, but over last few weeks I've been thinking.
Ricky hatton beaten by mayweather and pacman both at the time pound for pound best fighters around.
Michael bisping looks amazing cardio better than anyone but put him with again the eorlds finest he falls just short.
What will it take for bisping to be ufc champion, I for one hope he makes it but I think he will just not quiet make the grade as world champion.
And before people throw in that hatton isn't the best and khan is a better fighter should watch each of their fights and the heart goes to ricky, khan is a washout more about money for khan than glory so please don't bother.
