In his interviews outside of WWE he seems like a decent guy with a sense of humour. I think his beast merciless beast gimmick combined with him wanting a private life might lead people to think he's truly spiteful.
I don't hear much about his personal life. Seems to protect his privacy, which I can respect. He's phenomenal in the WWE though. I can get behind him being a part-time "special attraction" kind of wrestler, because he effortlessly makes it believable.
He's a beast but still he's a good man. I love how he exploits fans!
