I would try to get a top RB and WR in the first 2-3 rounds. I am in a 12 team ppr league and took Luck in the 4th rd because a lot of QBs were taken but I love Luck this year. I also got RGIII in the 8th rd for trade bait or just in case.
I know you can wait until after the 10th in standard leagues and still get solid qb. But if it's 6 points for passing touchdowns, are guys like peyton, brees, and Rodgers worth 2nd and 3rd round picks?
