Uh this is really bad ...
He's older than you, likely bigger and stronger, as well as a trained Judoka. At this point it seems pretty impossible but anything can happen really.
My best tip of advice to you is to not fight him. If that isn't possible just try not to splatter your brains on the pavement. (I'm not joking about this, Judo throws on pavement have been known to cause serious damage)

Don't fight him. With power comes responsibility, but he obviously isn't ready for this kind of knowledge. Nevertheless, he can put you in a world of hurt and humiliation. However, if he backs you into a corner do NOT let him grab any part of you. That's one of the main attributes of judo is grabbing throwing. If you must run, then run first but if you must strike, strike the soft spots of the body. Inside the elbows, the lower chest or mid torso, groin, and eyes. All non lethal, but painful. Then get out of there.
Hit him in the back of the head when he's not looking, gang up on him, throw rocks at him til he falls over. Tell him, just because he knows Judo, that doesn't make him invincible.
If he's a highschooler, then report him for bullying. Tell your parents about it too. The rules are your best weapons.
People in the martial arts section do not normally give advises for street-fighting....How to do it is is obvious, but this is not the place for people to tell you. Ask a friend of yours that knows about street-fighting if you must...Social skills can prevent you of fighting in the first place.:)
