You could actually talk to someone who has seen you play, like your coach.
My guess is he would know a hell of a lot more about what you need to do to improve than a bunch of total strangers who have never seen you play possibly could.
BTW - punctuation mark are your friends. If nothing else, using them makes questions like this a lot easier to read. Spell check might be worth using as well.
talk to a parent or coach who has seen you play a lot like someone else said, talking to a coach has helped me the most. also, practice makes perfect

Im only 15 so going to be in 10th grade and i want to go somewhere in life as a baseball player and maybe someday make it to the pros i wish but my hitting needs alot of work but im really good at fielding is it possible ro make it somewhere with flawless fielding and ehhh batting?also im on a varsity team i make contact usually a foul so i dnt think im expected to be amazing its just my dream has always been to be a pro i know its rediculous
