I think you should see a doctor to see what it is and how to treat it. It might be tennis elbow.
I think you have a bigger problem than your elbow hurting.
I think you may have suffered a brain injury of some kind.
That's the only reason ANYONE would think a bunch of anonymous strangers could help them with a medical issue.

Depending on how old you are it may be little league elbow.
Just be glad you have an elbow!
