Max Scherzer, Hanley Ramirez and Jon Lester are important players for their teams. They also play on teams which made the Championship Series of their respective leagues last year, so they're better off staying on their team instead of joining a team which is set to play another disappointing season.
Alexander Rodriguez is an expensive man. Nobody wants to pay $61 million + possible bonuses for him. Not a single fanbase (not even the Yankee fanbase) wants him. To trade for him would be the worst thing you could do. It'd be not only a PR nightmare, as Lonesome Rhodes said, but also a financial one if you consider how much time he spends on the disabled list.
The Yankees can't simply say "I want you you and you on my team". This isn't fantasy ball where the players are just multiple stats. No, the people you named are human beings. They are human beings that do not want to play for the New York Yankees.
Lee already turned the Steinwienies down when he was a free agent in 2010 so I'd be shocked if he winds up with that team. Besides, New York doesn't have any young talent to offer Philly for him.
Headley has had one good season in his career so, as a career underachiever, he'd be a perfect fit for the Steinwienies.
The others -- Ramirez, Scherzer, and Lester -- are all key players on teams expected to make the playoffs so there's no way they'll be traded. And there's no way in hell that Boston would trade Lester to New York in the middle of a pennant race.
As for A-Fraud being traded, I doubt there is a team in the majors who would touch him, even if the Steinwienies eat his entire contract. To do so would be a PR nightmare.

im pretty sure all of those players you just mentioned have no trade clauses and nobody, including the yankees, wants A-Rod especially when he is suspended for a year
