So last year in my fantasy football league that I'm the commissioner of I asked my little brother to be in it. He said only if I gave him league owner powers so I did. He then used those powers to add points to him and shave points from a certain team because he wouldn't make a trade and take players from other teams. I want to punish him for it but he's using my older brother to negotiate and he won't accept any sanctions. Any suggestions?
