I'd try 2 things. First, on the comp she's using, make sure the cache is cleared (not cookie, but clear the cache). This is the usual culprit on an interactive site when wackiness happens.
If that doesn't help, switch browsers. I'm having far fewer problems in Chrome than I was with Firefox.
WTF yahoo. My friend is trying to register her fantasy football team and a she gets an error that says you can't confirm her age. Her age? Really? WTF is this and how do I fix it.
