I have Percy Harvin on my league but I would probably keep Calvin Johnson instead. Harvin was my first homer pick though, watched him when he was in high school @ Landstown :-)

Welker is a smoking gun. this trade is too risky right now, and really I'd just say no outright. How many of those receivers can you start at once? What backs do you already have and how many do you need to start?
Who are your other RBs? This is apparently a fairly small league. If you need an RB, this is a decent deal although not great. You have plenty of depth at WR. I'd try to keep Harvin and include Cooks or White in the deal.
If you dont mind waiting a few weeks for welker i would take that trade. You have to figure even though johnson is amazing, he was still number 10 overall where mccoy is numer 2 overall.
