1. Create a Soman Stable- basically he would get somoan wrestlers, primarily his family, such as jimmy and jey uso, and even tamina, with roman being the leader, and each one learning moves from one another, and having an experienced somoan wrestler who has been in the business to be the manager of the group, such as the rock, rikishi, or any other somoan in the family who is related.
2. Get roman a manager- i hear some people say paul heyman on this one, but basically i hear a lot of people say get him a manager, so someone can talk for him, and make better promos for roman. I hear this will help him.
3. The last one people suggest is to turn him heel-Basically some fans of wwe say that the company should use this negativity of the crowd, and actually use it to romans advantage by turning him heel, this way he can climb up the ranks by not only playing the badguy, but by being tough as well.

Banking on Roman Reigns as a perpetual headliner is like building a house on sand.
Roman Reigns needs to be demoted down the card then rebuilt. It might take a year or more, unless he 'gets it' super quick.
He needs to be rebuilt as a character into something people want to see, Brock Lesnar shows it can be done if the guy has the tools to begin with.
Although at present I could see a mainevent run as a punchbag doing humongous numbers.
Roman should turn heel...he already looks and acts like one. Then he won't have to have mic skills, he can let his evil actions speak for him.
Roman also needs some knew moves.or to just stop using the superman punch and spear so much in the same match.
Some ppl just boo whoever loses a match they wanted them to win. I like RR no matter what, but we can all use improvement.
Pretty much what succor said, he needs to be rebuilt. A heel turn could work, the other two wouldn't make much difference.
Not sure about the stable but the rest sound feasible if he remains a lone wolf
