No. Bruce Lee's normal weight was about 135. He bulked up to 150 because he wanted his punches to have more power, but I'm not sure how long he stayed at that weight or if he was lighter than 150 when he died.

Read once where he reached 165 lbs however, during the last few years of his life, living the hectic pace of Hong Kong's version of Hollywood, he became considerably lighter and by the his last filmings of the fight scenes in "Game of Death", he was very small.
