What a random and actually quite humorous question. The answer is yes, Bruce would destroy Kimbo in a fight. His knowledge of fighting went far beyond Kimbos. That and he was obviously a much more intelligent fighter. Kimbo's chances of winning are there but small.
Understand that the two art forms they both study are designed for two different areas. Bruce Lee was a martial artist, his art would do well against people who had no skill or real fighting skill on the street. Kimbo fights in a cage. This is where people get their principles mixed up. Bruce Lee may do a few good strikes, but because Kimbo is highly trained against fighters who have skill, my opinion would be no, Kimbo Slice would win.
Martial artists have this confusion that if they become a black belt they can win any fight, this is untrue... I've seen way too many and experienced a few encounters where they lose. I had a fight with a kid who was black belt in karate, he would have won, of course, because I have minor martial arts training, but because his training consisted on only sparring in the dojo, along with pad work, his mentality wasn't for the streets. I did boxing and I study psychology, I most likely cannot win a fight against many people, I happened to be in a fortunate situation.
Many youtube clips prove MMA beginners beating black belts for taekwondo and karate. Now, it's not that the skill isn't enough, perhaps it could be, perhaps it's not.. But it's the mentality. So, skill wise Bruce Lee has that and of course mentality wise he has that as well. But bare in mind, his mentality was towards people with no fighting knowledge, not MMA super stars who fight skilled practitioners all the time.
My opinion anyway. Kimbo in a realistic world, would win. Bruce Lee has the option to win also.
Of course he would, Bruce Lee was a Martial Arts phenomenon who rarely boasted about his activities and had pitch-perfect technique.
Bruce Lee has agility, co-ordination, strength and focus like no other Martial Artist, he never was a man who pushed his weight around.
Also, Kimbo Slice's bulk poses as a con, Lee has a sleek, lean frame which is ideal.

If Bruce lee goes for a knockout it would be difficult as he is lighter and do not have weight behind the strikes. If he goes straight for the kill than piece of cake. There is a video where lee repeatedly strikes many time in the groin with blinding speed. It was demo in his documentary.
