Overall? Jericho is on another level of Bryan to the point it shouldn't even be a question. They are both fantastic in-ring, but Bryan is fairly generic. He has solid mic skills and couple catchy chants, but Jericho is at the top when it comes to performing outside of the ring to where Bryan is not close.

They stand toe to toe inside the ring in my opinion, Chris Jericho is of course better on the microphone.
But, Judging previous Legends Vs Current Professional Wrestlers is a tad bit asinine.
