And can you fight in MMA if your under 18? Thx
you might be able to find a trainer but it is going to cost you and arm and a leg there is no law that says you can not be trained RAIN the only way it might be cheaper is to go to a school that teaches karate or one of the other martial arts and start there as it is less expensive as they have lots of students and there prices are better. If I was you id go with the martial arts training first and get a few belts as experience and am sure you will lovet the training is hard as you like and you will learn much more about the martial arts and its way of life Rain
Can you get a trainer?
Yes. Absolutely.
Can you join an MMA gym? In most cases, yes. It depends on the gym's policy. Most that I'm aware of would (and do) permit students under the age of 18. And sometimes significantly under, as in 14 or 15.
Can you fight if you're under 18? That's much more difficult, but I have seen sanctioned fights in which one of the competitors was under 18.
It may vary from one martial arts school to another. In general, if you are younger than 18, your parent or guardian must sign for you. This will include a liability release.
You must be 18 or olderto fight in MMA, although you will be able to do sparring in your martial arts school as an enrolled student.
MMA is dangerous, and there is a great possibility of you being injured. Gyms and fight promoters are risk averse, and they will have you sign documents to keep you from holding them responsible for your injuries. If you participate, it is at your own risk.
You can train but you need to be at least 18 to actually compete.
It's Legal, except in New York. Stupid old geezers be like "TOO DANGEROUS! THESE KIDS WILL F**K EACH OTHER UP!" and then they ended up taking Obama's money and BAM! GOVERNENT SHUT DOWN!
Boy, that escalated quickly.
Can you get a MMA trainer that will prepare you for fight if your under 18?
