It is if you're getting Manning and Marshall; it's a terrible trade for the other side. They would also have to drop two more players to even accept the deal making it even worse than it looks.

We can guess how much going from Manning to Newton and Marshall to Cruz might hurt, but since we have no idea who else you have at RB & WR, we have no idea how much adding Foster and Cooper will help...

Cruz should be good this year. Foster is a question mark. Manning is far superior to Newton, and Cooper will probably have a decent year. Marshall and Manning are too good to give up a lesser QB, a ? RB, and two pretty good receivers.
