I could get used to this, but -- why be greedy?

John Henry and his clever minions have bestowed three titles upon the sons and daughters of New England, and in a short span. Spreading them out, a bit, gives them more savor, a longer-lasting aftertaste. Piling them one after another would leave Sox fen jaded, tending toward angry at anything less than another title -- and we've seen how that plays out in Da Bronx. Ain't pretty.

Just in case you don't, you might want to firm up your will and final arrangements before the 2014 season starts.
