Which do you prefer and why?

I can't tell which is better for me but I'd choose football

This benefits self defense on any circumstances

Boxing is great. It conditions the body and will make you very fit and a good fighter.

Football trains in accordance to be good at football. I have met maybe over 100 football players who are very strong, can run the forty i say 4 sec or something, but a not very fit, do not have extreme cardio or endurance, etc. In short they train for short bursts of power, strength, and speed. Not long endurance training.

Military you will be super fit. Have a high strength to weight ratio, cardio, and stamina. Running 10 miles or a mile or two with a 50lb back pack will be easy. You will be able to go "hard" for long periods of time with high endurance. May not be the the stronger of the two, but may be the fittest.

I prefer Boxing and here's why. In Boxing you get a great workout,

it's more cardio/aerobic than anything due to the lost of stamina if you build to much muscle, but that doesn't mean we won't work out out triceps biceps ect.

You can take Boxing and apply it in a self defense system, can't really do that with football. Military training is great, they work you harder than anything else, they also depending on the branch of military will teach you a self defense mechanism.

Boxing, your not looking to kill anyone, and fighting doesn't involve a helmet and shoulder pads.

Football ,we can be national player , possibility to be international renowned
