I'd keep julio as zwack said juilo has been doing good and why risk it with ogando who will be coming off an injury and we dont know how he will perform... only upside with ogando in my opinion is that he'll have a greater offensive supporting cast than the braves have for juilo.
Teheran, absolutely. Nobody has a real clue what Ogando is gonna look like coming back and Teheran has been super solid for the last few months. Don't ditch a known quantity for an unkown unless you're desperately scratching and crawling to climb into that last playoff spot. And if you are in that position, I'd guess that you have one or two players that should be dropped for Ogando instead of Teheran.
Teheran. Ogando is too injury prone. If our rotation was completely healthy, I think he'd be heading back to the bullpen.

Ogando is too prone to injury and Tehran has been doing great. The Braves are also in a lighter hitting league/division than the Rangers, so keep Tehran.
Teheran has been great lately, no reason to risk going with someone coming off of an injury over him.
